At Anaya Agate, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care to ensure that every crystal product meets the highest quality standards. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may return your item within 10 days of the original purchase date for a full refund.
To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition.

  • All original packaging, accessories, and labels must be intact.

  • The item must be returned with a valid proof of purchase.

Please contact our Customer Service Team at support@anayaagate.com before sending any returns to receive return instructions and authorization.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly offer a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost. Please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.

Custom-Made Products

Please note that items specially crafted upon your request or personalization are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, due to their custom nature.
We appreciate your understanding and support of handcrafted products made exclusively for you.


Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we’re happy to accommodate cancellations under the following conditions:

  • Standard Orders: Cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of placing your order for a full refund.

  • Custom Orders: Cancellations for custom-made products must be made within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

After the cancellation period has passed, orders are processed for shipping or production and cannot be cancelled.
